Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we offer a direct installation service for the photocall and on request for other products.

Quels sont les délais de livraison que vous proposez ?

Nous avons 3 délais de livraisons possibles :

  • Livraison Standard en 72 heures
  • Livraison Express en 24 heures
  • Livraison Rush en 12 heures

Are delivery times met to the hour?

If you order before noon, delivery will be made within the requested time frame.

After noon, it will depend on the type of order. For example, an order placed at 3 p.m. with the "rush delivery" option will be delivered the next morning.

If you request a BAT, delivery times are applied from the validation of the BAT.

What if I have a special request or need a custom quantity of a product?

For any special requests or quantities other than those proposed, please contact us directly by phone at 04 93 69 21 21 or via our contact form. We will review your request and offer you a suitable solution.

How to receive a BAT (Good to Print)?

To receive a BAT, you must either select this option directly on the desired product, or add the “Graphic Services” product to your basket.
Without one of these two choices, your file will be printed automatically after ordering, without prior validation.

Please note: if you choose the BAT option on a single product, only this product will benefit from a BAT .
On the other hand, if you add Graphic Services , you will receive a BAT for each product in your order.

How are your products delivered?

Our products are delivered by us to ensure speed and quality. This is why we only deliver to the Alpes-Maritimes region.

Can we have more details on the file expectations for printing?

You will find details of the standards to be respected for printing at the bottom of the page.

Can I resubmit an order I've already placed without submitting my files?

Yes, go to the "my account" area and you will be able to place a new order.
